Bryan J. Pelino

Practice Focus

Bryan Pelino primarily acts as counsel to lenders, developers and business owners in negotiating and documenting various credit facilities including development and construction loans, real estate and business acquisitions facilities and asset based lines of credit.  In addition, Bryan represents clients in the redocumentation of troubled loans, debtor-in-possession financing and loan workouts.

Bryan is a frequent lecturer to local, regional and national lenders and trade groups on a variety of topics including commercial loan documentation, title review, mortgage compliance and regulatory concerns.

Examples of Bryan’s frequent presentations include “Real Estate Loan Documentation,” “Commercial Loan Documentation and Closings” and “Title Insurance for Commercial Lenders.”  Additionally, he offered “Dodd-Frank, Regulation Z and TILA Updates,” at the Annual Conference for the National Association of Consumer Credit Administrators and “Third Party Service Providers and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB),” presented for the Community Mortgage Lenders of America.  Bryan also regularly provides in-house instruction to local lenders on a variety of topics including the commercial lending process, commercial loan documentation, construction lending, lien priority and title insurance.
